Technical Description

The Wiacom platform is GDPR compliant and databases are stored in a cloud-base infrastructure hosted in accordance with all the safety and security conditions delivered by Microsoft Azure, Amazon and Google Cloud.

The access to the database is made through the on-line platform using a secure communication channel with the servers. Restful ready API

The router is preconfigured according to Client’s need and works plug & play. Our system is compatible with a wide range of vendors: Xirrus, Cambium, Ruckus, Cisco, Aruba, Aerohive, Mikrotik, ao vendors who support captive portal/NAS. Choosing a suitable technical solution takes into account several aspects, the most important being: the network topology, number of devices serviced simultaneously and onsite conditions (surface, walls types, indoor/outdoor).
